The Matriarch Circle
Becoming the Medicine Your Community Needs
The Matriarch Circle is a four-week live series for women who sense that something is shifting in them... a turning, a deepening, a growing readiness to offer their gifts not just to their families, but to the wider world. Rooted in Ayurveda, the wisdom of the sacred life transitions, and the voices of living elders, this gathering holds space for you to trace the arc of your womanhood journey, claim your authentic place in community, and step forward with clarity, groundedness, and grace.
This is not a content delivery. This is a sacred circle. Come ready to be seen, to speak, and to leave different than you arrived.
Menarche, Motherhood and Menopause: The Interconnectedness of the Phases of Womanhood | Community, Eldership, and What It Means to Become a Matriarch | Stepping Into Mastery | Practical Application: How You Show Up, For Real, In Your Actual Life

The Matriarch Circle
What would it look like to reclaim the sacred phases of life as the powerful, transformative experiences they truly are? What would the impact of stepping fully into our mastery and shaping our community be? Imagine having the tools to beautifully tend to one another through these times, honoring them fully. What impact could this have on our individual lives—and on the world as a whole?
These are the questions we’ll explore together in the upcoming Matriarch Circle series, where we’ll dive deep into the sacred windows of life, mastery, eldership, community and self love.

What's in the program
Week One
Interconnectedness
April 30th
12pm eastern US
Every woman carries a red thread running through all she has lived... through the maiden years of becoming, through the mother years of pouring out, and into this luminous threshold where she begins to turn toward the world. We begin here, with the thread itself. You will go on an exploration of the overarching themes that have shaped you, and consider the three kayakalpas, the great phases of womanhood as understood through the Ayurvedic tradition, and how each one lives within the others. Listen for what is alive in the room... in each of us. Practice deep listening to the body's inner knowing, offered through the Ayurvedic lens of nourishment versus depletion. Before you consume, before you engage, you pause. You ask. You listen for the answer that was always there.
Week Two
Community + Eldership
May 7th
12pm eastern US
This week, we are honored to welcome Grandmother Nancy, whose teachings on lineage, prophecy, and the wisdom of this particular moment in history will move and inspire you. Together, we'll explore what it truly means to be in community — not as an ideal, but as a daily, embodied practice of showing up for one another. Eldership, in the oldest and truest tradition, is something a community bestows. It is recognized, not proclaimed. This distinction matters more than ever right now... and it is at the very heart of what we explore in week two. Grandmother Nancy's voice is rare and unhurried. Her teachings have been earned over a lifetime of devotion to the old ways. This gathering will hold space for her to share from the depths of that wisdom, and for you to receive what she carries.
Week Three
Maven Mastery
May 14th
12pm eastern US
In week three, we turn toward the question of what authentic mastery feels like from the inside, and how the Maiden, Mother, Maven, Crone model illuminates the particular gifts that become available in each stage. We weave the classic model of sacred life transitions together with the thread of community What are your gifts? Where are you already showing up in ways they want more of? Where are you in your journey? Who keeps you accountable? Who are the elders who have shaped you? Exploring these questions and seeking the sacred reflection from those you love and respect helps to unfold your purpose, your potential and enliven your personal power.
Week Four
Practical Magic
May 21st
12pm eastern US
Week four is about bringing it home... into your relationships, your household, your community, your work. Not as an abstract ideal, but as a living practice shaped around who you actually are and how you are actually built. This final gathering draws all four weeks into a moment of integration: what is alive now? What has shifted? What is asking to be born? Identify your place in community, honor the stage you are in, and begin with one thing you can do right now that will have the greatest positive impact on your path? We'll share Ayurvedic wisdom for practical application across all three doshas, so that whatever your constitutional nature, you leave with practices that actually fit you... not a one-size-fits-all prescription, but a living framework you can make your own.
