Great to use with your Mexican Rebozo, to convert it into a sling, or make different finishings with your Mexican wrap.

They will ship in the same package as your Mexican rebozo order.

Shipping Policy

Order will be prepared and ready to ship in 4-5 working days.

We typically use regular postal service to ship our orders (Correos de Mexico / USPS) this service is a little bit slow, but it's safe and it will get to you, unfortunately, this service does not provide a day to day tracking information, or an estimated date to arrive. On the postal service web page we can only get information  from:

  • date it is left in postal service office
  • date when it enters Mexican customs
  • date when it left Mexico
  • dates when it gets in different USA locations before delivery

Regular transit time is about 3 weeks to the USA, it could be less or more (especially during holiday season)

Once left in the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that you can check at www.correosdemexico.gob.mx (it's in Spanish, sorry, but I can sure help with the translation)

Once the order has left in the post office, it is OUT of my control, I can't get any other information on delivery other than the one shown on the page, make delivery faster, stop it or change the delivery address.

If you need rush delivery, I also offer FEDEX  service please let me know so we can fix the payment. The cost for 1 or 2 pieces by FedEx to the USA is 30 USD and will arrive within 3-5 days (customs delays may occur and also import duties (we are not responsible for that).

Refund Policy

We can only make a refund in this cases (through paypal):

  • Rebozo arrived damaged (torn, wet).
  • Rebozo did not arrive after 3 months  (in regular conditions, this does not apply if there is a strike in your country's customs, natural disasters, pandemics, etc).
  • Rebozo did not arrive at the destination and it was returned to me by postal service ( I will only refund item cost, not shipping).
  • We can NOT make a refund if the rebozo arrived after the date needed (for birth date) because as previously mentioned transit time is out of our control and we always can FedEx it.
  • If the delivery address was wrong.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Order cancelations are accepted BEFORE the parcel has left the postal service office (we typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays) and we have a tracking number. If you don't want the rebozo anymore after it has been left the postal office, we would need to wait for it to be delivered to you, and you must not accept it from USPS so that it will be returned to me, and once I have it back, I can make you a refund if it arrives in optimal condition.
  • Returns are accepted (within 2 days after receiving) but we can not cover any shipping cost. A refund will be made after receiving the item in optimal condition.
  • Exchange (within 2 days after receiving) is accepted but we can not cover any shipping cost.
