Shipping Policy
Pre-made items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Backorders and made to order items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Refund Policy
Customers may return items within 7 days of receiving the product. Customer will pay initial shipping fee and once product has been returned they will receive a full refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customer may cancel order before item has been shipped without any charge. If customer cancels order after item has been shipped, they must return item, unopened and they will be charged shipping but will receive a refund for the product price.
